Introduction About Myself- Nur Syafiqah Shafrin (A192649)

 

Hi everyone!

It’s my pleasure to introduce myself. Well, I ‘m Nur Syafiqah Shafrin. Most of people will be confused by my name which does not have “Binti” like others. Some people who just know me, will call me Shafrin. Well in reality it’s just Syafiqah, but Shafrin is my father’s name😅. My friends call me Iqa or Sya. I’m fine with both. I really love to make a new friend, so for those who are reading my writing, I hope that we can be friends one day.

First of all, I will start with my background first, I am from Selangor and I live in Bangi. My house is less than 10 minutes away from UKM. Most of people who ask me this question, will definitely told me that I am a lucky person because I can pursue my studies at the university that close to my home. To be honest, I want to pursue my studies at university which is far from home but my parents insist me to apply at a nearby university. I was lucky that my application was accepted, so here I am. This is not my wish or what I expect but as long as my parents are happy, I’m okay with that. I am my parent’s favorite child because I am their one and only daughter, I have no siblings. I am a full-time students and part time worker. My schedule is very packed. On weekdays I will focus on going to class and doing my assignment while on weekends I will work part time as a sales person at a furniture company.

Pursing this further, I want to share about my education background. I’m currently studying bachelor's in business administration at UKM. I graduated from Port Dickson Polytechnic as a diploma holder. The experience that I gained during my diploma really helped me a lot in my degree life. The reason why I applied for business administration because I have my own goal where I want to build my own empire and become a successful leader and I have to be able to combine the knowledge that I will gain from this business program with my persistent spirit to be able to start my own business in the future. I believe that this business administration program will be the type of program where I can be hone technical knowledge as well as my professional skills in preparation for a career in business in the future.
